How does monthly or annual pricing work?

Monthly subscriptions cost €49, €99 or €179 per month and can be cancelled monthly. With annual billing, you pay €468, €948 or €1,788 for twelve months: equivalent to €39, €79 or €149 per month. All amounts exclude VAT. Additional users are billed separately each month.

Who counts as a paid user?

An office user has a personal login for your plan’s features. Mobile access for that same person is included. A field user has limited access for on-site work. Foremen and workers pay the same rate; their permissions can differ. Employee records without a login and limited guest access are free.

Is Alfie included in every plan?

Yes. In Invoicing, Alfie helps with administrative tasks. Construction adds project context. Construction Pro adds proactive follow-up of projects, margins and payments. Intensive bulk processing and any external usage costs are agreed with you in advance.

Are there setup or migration fees?

Getting started on your own is free. For guided setup, training or data transfer, we agree the scope and price in advance. Complex migrations and custom integrations receive a separate quote.

I am already a customer. Will my price change?

These plans apply to new agreements. Existing customers retain their agreed terms. If you want to switch, we will review the right plan and users with you.
